About the Nephrology Division

The Philippine Children's Medical Center's Section of Nephrology is one of the earliest institution in the country to offer patient services to Filipino children with kidney disease and nephrology fellowship training to aspiring young doctors, some of whom achieved prominence as leaders in their special areas of expertise.

The section's ultimate goal is to eventually be able to offer each and every Filipino child with kidney disease a comprehensive and centralized facility that offers a complete range of resources to effectively manage and potentially cure their condition.

Through its unwavering dedication to patient care, training excellence, and the development of future leaders in pediatric nephrology, the Section of Nephrology of PCMC continues to shape the landscape of pediatric kidney healthcare in the Philippines.
