PCMC Maintains the Silver Award in the Anti-Red Tape Act RCS Award 2023
For its commitment to providing the most responsive service, the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) was once again recognized as a silver awardee during the recently conducted Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) 2023 Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0 Award held at the Conrad Hotel on October 30, 2024.
Among the 860 participating government agencies in the 2023 RCS 2.0 Cycle, PCMC is one of the agencies that received a Very Satisfactory Rating.
PCMC was represented by its Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) Chairperson Emma A. Mariano and Co-Chair Ronnel P. Dimaala. They received a plaque of recognition confirming PCMC as a Silver Awardee.
Ms. Mariano, also the Department Manager for Administrative Services, emphasized that the recognition was possible through the cooperation, support, and dedication of PCMC management and all its organizational units.
PCMC Executive Director Sonia B. Gonzalez acknowledged the efforts of the officers and members of PCMC CART, particularly the employees of the medical institution. She also encouraged everyone to aim for the gold award.

Philippine Children’s Medical Center
The Philippine Children’s Medical Center is one of the government-owned and controlled corporate National Centers for Specialized Health Care under the Department of Health. It is a 200-bed capacity tertiary hospital with a mandate to provide pediatric care, offer training programs for medical and allied health care providers, and be a center in clinical research.
